Converting Trial Account to Full Account

Five simple steps to converting your Trial account to a Full account.

1. Log in to your account using your UserID and Password.

2. Go to the Account Administration page and select the Upgrade Trial Account button.
   
   
3. You will now be able to increase the Storage Space (Quota) for the original User and add additional Users. Configure the User(s) and press Continue.
   
   
4. Confirm the information on the Account Information page, sign the User Agreement and press Continue.
   
   *Note: You may select Purchase Order as a form of payment when upgrading to a Full account. New users and quota upgrades will not be implemented by management until a valid purchase order is received by the billing department.
   
   
5. Review the information on the Final Configuration page. Edit the User Configuration or Account Information if necessary or press Complete to complete the purchase.
