Service Redundancy

Our experience with security and high availability ensures that the online data backup service has no single-point-of-failure. From the ISP to the data backup servers, there are redundant and fault tolerant systems in place to ensure that the service is always available and the client always has access to stored data.

In the event that a data backup server fails, a secondary server is ready to automatically stand in and maintain service.

 

High Availability

The figure above illustrates the failover process in the event of server failure. If Server 1 were to fail, Server 2 would automatically stand in and assume the role of primary data backup server.
